The
usual back roads down to Lorne for morning tea, avoiding the now very heavily
trafficked and policed section from Anglesea. Then onto Lavers Hill for a warming bowl of pumpkin soup and fuel.
Back via Dean’s Marsh to disband at Lara. Great scenery, great roads, great company. This ride would
not suit inexperienced riders. You will need a decent rear tyre
as we expect around 500 km for the day.
Sunday 17th Gembrook, 10.15

roads. Expect around 200 km for the day and you’ll be home early.

Big Bakery Biker Bash (short ride)

The Marysville Country Bakery is providing live entertainment,
specialty foods, and a trophy presentation. All the activities revolve around a
motorcycle theme. See flier elsewhere in the magazine. Tim will lead us on a
standard Club ride, probably incorporating the Reefton
Spur, and maybe Mt Donna Buang, finishing up in
Marysville where riders can enjoy the various displays and activities. Expect a
hard charging 250 km or so. Make your own way home from Marysville.
