Anthony West confirmed with KTM for 2005, November 9th, 2004
The Red Bull KTM Team has confirmed it will enter four riders in two classes, 250cc and 125cc, in the FIM Road Racing World Championship for 2005.
McCoy and
Martin team up with Foggy Petronas for 2005, November 10th, 2004
Carl Fogarty has signed Australian pair Garry McCoy and Steve Martin for his Foggy Petronas Racing team's 2005 Superbike World Championship campaign.
Seven Aussies
to compete for World Superbike title, November 10th, 2004
With their rides at Foggy Petronas confirmed, Martin and McCoy will be joined by Andrew Pitt, Corser, Chris Vermeulen, recently crowned world Supersport champion Karl Muggeridge and Warwick Nowland for next year’s championship, which is set to kick off in Qatar on February 26.
Corser,
the 1996 world Superbike champion and founding Foggy Petronas rider, has switched his loyalties to Alstare Suzuki for 2005, while Pitt has been drafted into
the Yamaha Italia operation. Reigning world number four Vermeulen,
like Pitt, also a former world Supersport champion,
will remain with the Dutch-based Ten Kate Honda equip, where he will be joined
by Muggeridge. Finally, Nowland,
a two-time world endurance champion, will again ride under the aegis of Zongshen Suzuki.

considering that the company has shown it is able to meet its commitments.

Six-times world champion motorcycle racer Valentino Rossi will drive a Toyota Corolla WRC rally car in two major Italian rallies.
The 25-year-old Italian will compete in the twenty-seventh Monza Rally on November 26-28 and the twentieth International Memorial Bettega event in Bologna in early December.

The Camel Honda team announced its rider line-up today for the 2005 MotoGP World Championship. The Camel Honda team, led by former double-World Champion Sito Pons, finished third in the 2004 Team Championship and for the forthcoming season welcomes into its ranks two new riders: Brazilian Alex Barros and Australian Troy Bayliss.

KR excited about latest results with KTM V4, November 29th, 2004.
Former Proton Team KR rider Jeremy McWilliams joined his old racing partners for special tests of the Proton KR prototype MotoGP machine powered by the KTM engine at Jerez this week. After two days he was circulating within sight of the Spanish GP circuit's lap record. McWilliams recorded a best time of 1:43.00. The lap record, set by Rossi's Honda in 2003, stands at 1:42.788.
